As the CBSE has declared the board result of 2021-22, there is the decline in the school result. The expected targeted result could not be achieved despite all efforts by the team. This is time to introspect and analyse the result so that the team can perform better than the expectation in the current session 2022-23. The result is not the outcome of only one subject teacher or one student rather it is the combined effort and outcome of whole team of the vidyalaya that includes administration, teachers, students and parents. All needs to review the scenario and make more effective planning for improvement in the result.
Unitedly we have to work together for the set target of 100%
result and PI above 90%. We have to overcome the obstacles and challenges. We should
believe in us and in the worth of child before us. We will certainly achieve
the set target if dedicatedly we start doing our best for it.
Reasons for decline
1. Online
classes in last two academic years.
2. Low
attendance and insufficient interaction over online classes with certain
students.
3. The
irregular forms and less frequency of assessments
4. Limited
interaction due to Low presence of parents in PTM’s
5. The
confusions about the form of assessment in mid tests and final exams.
6. The distractions
while taking online classes over mobile and computers
7. Network/electricity
breakdowns and gadgets issues
Future Planning:
1. The
attendance of students will be improved
2. Timely
completion of syllabus and expected revisions will be ensured
3. Frequency
of tests will be increased
4. The
students will be diagnosed/classified as per their performance and remedial
measures will be followed wherever necessary.
5. Individual
focus, self/peer learning will be promoted
6. The
progress of students will be monitored and proper record will be maintained.
7. The level
of interests and motivation towards studies will be improved
8. The guidance
and counselling sessions will be organised by teachers and experts
9. Frequent
PTM’s will be organized. The parents will be sensitized to extend cooperation
and monitor the health, wellness, studies and progress of the students.
10. The students
of special needs and care will be identified and adequate strategy will be made
and executed for them.
11. The commitment
of the teachers and students should be ensured towards better result in the
targeted/all classes.
