Taming Our Mind

We are,

Because of our mind.

We laugh, we cry;

We run, we try;

We eat, think and sleep,

We smile, play and weep;

All our acts deeds all kinds,

Are controlled and governed by mind.

Mind is power,

Mind is strength;

Mind is energy,

In all width and length;

Mind is breath,

Mind is beat;

Mind is heat.

The mind is soul,

The mind is god;

The mind dwells,

In the universe abroad.

The mind is beauty,

The mind is nature;

The mind is the cause,

That enlivens every creature.

The mind is life,

The mind is death;

The mind is beat,

And the mind is breath.

The mind is god,

The mind is the devil;

The mind is good,

And the mind is evil.

The mind is the abode,

Where truth does lie;

The mind is haven,

Where lies do abide.

If the mind is sound,

It’s state of healthiness;

If the mind is unsound,

It’s symptom of illness.

Whether success or failure,

Or win or loss;

It’s mind and mind only,

That ever wins the toss.

We hope, we aspire,

We dare into the dire;

Our mind like fountain,

Does incessantly inspire.

We stop in the fatigue,

Or lovely and lively;

This is state of mind,

To look awesome or ugly.

Our mind is brilliant,

Our mind is supreme;

Our mind is ambition,

Our mind is dream.

Mind is all,

Mind is everything;

Nothing is beyond and above the mind,

The world without mind,

Can never move anything.

Love your mind,

With all cares and reverence,

Befriend your mind,

It has all the significance.

Never let it down,

By curses of the world;

Heighten and elevate it,

Like bold and gold.

The soul in our body,

That keeps us alive;

But mind has the magic,

That functions as drive.

Only fools can think,

Of thought and action;

When body is all healthy,

And mind is suffocated by inaction.

Meaningless is the life,

When our mind dies;

All prettiness and soundness,

In  healthy mind does arise.

In circles and circumstances,

Keep you cool and calm;

Tame and train your beautiful mind,

With all love and caressing balm.

Keep your mind aloof,

From noneties and negativities;

Instill and intall,

Only items of positiveness.

Stand by your mind,

It will stand by you;

All oddities and awkward,

It will surpass and subdue.

Make it honest and obedient friend,

In your life thought and action;

Will keep you strong, brave and brilliant,

Without an inch of any distraction.
