यहाँ उपस्थित दलित समाज के होनहार और कर्मठ साथियों और भाई बहनों को भारत रत्न युग निर्माता बाबा साहब डॉ भीमराव अम्बेकर के जन्मदिन के पावन अवसर पर ढेर सारी शुभकामनाये और मुबारकबाद |

दोस्तों ! आज के दिन डा अम्बेडकर के जन्म के साथ एक नई सोच, नई विचारधारा और एक नये युग का जन्म हुआ था | ब्राह्मणवाद की रोग से कराह रहे शुद्र और दलित समाज के उद्धारक और मसीहा का अवतरण हुआ | जानवरों और कुत्तो से भी बदतर जिंदगी जी रहे हमारे समाज के लोगो को इन्सान बनाने वाले महापुरुस का जन्म हुआ | महामना डॉ भीमराव अम्बेकर ने मनुस्मृति को सरेआम जलाकर न केवल दलित समाज बल्कि पुरे भारत को आधुनिक संविधान दिया | ऐसे महामानव और और मसीहा को मेरा शत शत नमन और बंदन |

दोस्तों ! येसा नही है कि दलित समाज को सुधारने और नई दिशा देने का काम केवल डा अम्बेडकर ने ही किया | समय समय पर अनेकानेक मह्पुरुष पैदा हुए और दलित समाज को सुधारने का महानतम कार्य किया | इस कार्य में उन्होंने अपने व्यक्तिगत और पारिवारिक सुखो को अपने महान कार्य में बाधा नही बनने दिया |पर जो काम डा अम्बेकर ने किए वह अनोखा और अदितीय था| और आज भी महात्मा गौतम बुध्द और डा अम्बेडकर तथा दलित सुधार के नाम से देश भर में हजारो संगठन और संस्थाए काम कर रही है| पर उसका परिणाम अभी भी अपेक्षा के अनुरूप नही है | आज भी दलित समाज ब्राह्मणवादी सोच के गुलाम बने हुए है और हम आपस में ही बटे हुए है | वही झाड फूक , वही मंदिर और भगवान्, वही पुरोहित गीरी , वही रामायण और भागवत कथा, वही शुभ अशुभ, वही अज्ञान और अंधकार, वही शराब पान गुटका सिगरेट , वही जुआ और फिजूलखर्ची, वही आपसी  गाली गलौज और मुकदमे बाजी, वही चाटुकारिता और मानसिक गुलामी, वही बालविवाह और नारियो का दमन , १४ साल कि बच्ची के पढ़ाई कि चिंता कम और शादी कि चिंता जादा, १४ साल के बच्चे को पढ़ने के स्थान पर मेहनत मजदूरी पर लगा देना फिर जल्दी शादी के बंधन में बांध कर उसका जीवन बर्बाद करने में गर्व मह्सूस करते है |क्या बदला अब तक | क्या प्रभाव पड़ा हमारे ऊपर हमारे महापुरुषों के अथक प्रयासों का | सिर्फ जयंती मना लेना और नाम याद कर लेना काफी नही होगा | जरुरत है जागरूक होने की| जरुरत है अधिकारों और सम्मान के लिए लड़ने की |  भाग्य और भगवान के भरोसे रहेंगे तो फिर गुलामी के गर्त में समा जायेंगे और ये विदेशी हम मूलनिवासियो को मनगढ़ंत राम घनशयाम की कहानियों में उलझा के सत्ता और शासन की मलाई खाते रहेंगे |

और इसके लिए बाबा साहब के उस महामंत्र को साकार करना होगा जिसमे उन्होंने कहा कि अगर दलित समाज साम्मान सत्ता और शासन चाहता है तो उसे शिक्षित होना पड़ेगा संगठित होना पड़ेगा और  संघर्ष करना पड़ेगा | इस कड़ी में मै एक और बात कहना चाहुगा कि हामारे समाज के लिए स्वस्थ रहना भी एक बहुत बड़ी चुनौती है | इसके लिए हमे स्वस्थ्य को नुक्सान पहुचाने वाली बुरी आदतों को सुधारना होगा इस कारण हामार्री आमदनी का येक बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा दवा और दारू में खर्च होता है पहले दारू फिर जब बीमारी हो जाये तो दवा | और फिर हम कहते है कि सीमित संसाधन और गरीबी के वजह से पढाई छोड़नी पडी या पढाई नही कर पाया |याद रखे अगर मन पढ़ने की इच्छा हो तो कोई भी समस्या आपके विकास में वाधक नही हो सकती | इसका सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण खुद डा अम्बेडर थे जिन्हें कक्षा के अन्दर बैठने तक की इजाजत नही थी| फिर भी उन्होंने इतनी पढाई कि और वह करके दिखाया जो भारत ही नही पुरे विश्व में न तो कोई कभी पैदा हुआ और न होने की संभावना है |

दोस्तों ! दलित समाज के माता पिता और समस्त भाई बंधुओ से आग्रह करना चाहता हूँ कि केवल बच्चे पैदा करना ही हमारी जिम्मेदारी नही है बल्कि उन्हें पढ़ाना लिखाना और योग्य बनाना भी हमारा कर्तव्य   है | किसी बच्चे की पढ़ाई सिर्फ इसलिए न बंद करवा कर उसकी शादी कीजिये कि उसका पढ़ने में मन नही लगता और शरारत करता है | इतना समझिये किए वह बच्चा है और अभी समझदार नही हुआ है अगर समझदार होता तो शायद आपको उसे समझाने की जरुरत नही होती और जिस दिन वह समझदार हो जायेगा आपको समझाने की जरुरत नही पड़ेगी | पर होता यह है कि जब तक वह समझदार होता उसके पहले आप उसकी पढाई छुडवा के मेहनत मजदूरी में लगवा के शादी करवा चूके होते है | कृपया उस बच्चे को पढ़ने और आगे बढ़ने का मौका दीजिये | अगर एक बच्चा काबिल बनता है तो वह दलित समाज को भार नही बल्कि विकास की एक मजबूत कड़ी बनेगा जो अपने साथ समाज को भी आगे ले जाने का काम करेगा |

एक नई आशा और नई उम्मीद के साथ मै अपनी बात को समाप्त करुगा | जय भीम जय भारत|

There is no short cut to success

 

We are living in the surrounding where every one is towards the pursuit of success. Some wants to score highest marks, some one wants to beat the rival team , some one wants to become film superstar, someone wants to become the prime minister and moreover there are many who want to become the richest person of the world.

I don’t oppose such fascination of the people. They are the stimulating energy that really makes him what he dreams. The man without dream and destination is like strayed ship in the ocean. The life is meaningless if it does not have any pre defined goal.

But thing that I want to attract the attention is that the medium that we follow in achieving our goals is very important. It is true that there is no shortcut to success. To achieve our goal and find what we are dreaming for needs hard labour, strong will power and undying spirit to achieve the target. The method of shortening the line of the neighbor is unfair and not works ever rather to draw a long line by own genuine efforts.

If recount the most successful figures of not only of the country  but of the world like Martine Luther, Abraham Lincon, Barak Obama, Dr. Ambedkar, Amitabh Bacchan we shall find the truth behind there success.

The scientist like Addison experiments thousands time to invent bulb and fails but remained persistent in his effort and lastly got huge success. The god of cricket Sachin Tendulkar had sweat in the hot sun to prove himself worthy for India’s most coveted honour of Bharat Ratna.

Success comes after long trial , experimentation and failures. What we need is to remain adamant and fixed on our goals and objectives. Then the success will kiss your feet.

 

India of my Dream

 

I am Indian and I love my country very much. I want to see my country to be counted in the prosperous and beautiful countries of the world. I want that my country must be in the cadre of developed countries where there is no poverty, corruption, communal tensions, social and economical imparity, injustice, crimes and many more.

The government will try to alleviate poverty and increase the rate of literacy in every walk of life. there will be ample space creating job opportunities to utilize the youth power of the nation. As the youth population covers almost 75 percent of total population of the country.

Along with the government sector opportunities private sector will also be promoted where there will be copious chances to bring the nation on the developed fore and engaging the huge man power that rubbishes into nothing as government sector does not have the capacity alone to do this all. Wherever necessary the government and private sector will cooperate and coordinate each other with motive to develop the country and bring all possible smiles on the faces of the countrymen.

The various functionaries will be established to ensure social and economical imparities. The slogan of equality, liberty and fraternity will become a reality. Every citizen will be treated equal in front of the laws and will have the right to dwell and earn any where in the country and will be able to live in the fearless, free and secure social surrounding.

There will also be the strict governance to vigil all sorts of communal issues. The majority will not be allowed to harm any way to the minorities. And there will not be promotion of religious feeling by the government rather every individual will have the freedom to choose the faith and language according to his own choice. Any group forcing such feeling to other group will be punishable by law.

I want a country where there is no jealousy to each other of any sort. I want that one person should respect the another’s individual existence.

And as human being one should extend all possible support to other in the need. There should be proper balance between man and his surrounding including nature. There should be symphony in man, animal, plants and all natural phenomenon.

The Strange Encounter

From the early childhood, I ever had a keenness and curiosity to view the diversified beauty of Bharat land and all her people, cultures, climates, beliefs, geography and languages. I ever dreamed of a job that enables me to roam around the country.  My dream got realized when I was selected as PGT (English) and posted in Assam, the heart of the North Eastern region in August 2007. Though few initial days and months were full of multiple challenges to adjust with new job, people and surrounding, yet the remaining years we all enjoyed and relished each and every minute with varied faces and experiences of the country. It was joyful to sit together with fellow staffs from different states of India like Rajasthan, Kerala, Himanchal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and all other states.

Hailing from Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh, I had merely heard of wonders about seven sisters of North East India. We had mere map information taught or learnt in the classes and books. Being least educated, my parents and elder could not help more in this regard. Coming from a simple background, I had little access of media modes like newspapers, magazines, television, computers or internet. I merely heard that the north eastern people hate Hindi speaking northern people. The more I heard or knew was the terrorist bombing and killing of ULFA and NSCN. Whatever I could imagine about them from the stories I had heard was that they were uncivilized, brutal and rustic people.

During the autumn break in October 2008, we planned to view the beauty of the region. During last one year service in Assam, we had overcome several doubts, fears and rumors about life styles, practices and concepts prevailing in the people. We had developed enough courage and confidence to communicate, mix and cope up them.

Our lethargy and void social touch and connections especially after the school, and breaks prompted us to make this plan. It took more than two days onward and two days backward journey to reach our hometowns, and almost no time we got to stay with family members, friends and relatives.  This worked as impetus to our wonderful plan. We were extremely excited, zealous and impatient with this plan. We all thought to quest something which were new, unheard and amazing. We wanted to make our trip full of thrills, adventures and funs.

After long ruminations, we decided to visit Kohima, Nagaland. The people, who had visited Magh Mela at Sangam Allahabad, told that the Nagas were nude and very dangerous. They further told that eat mouse, snakes and man too. So we had an earnest desire to see the people and land of Nagaland.

Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, is located in the frontier region to Myanmar. It’s around 346 kilometer away from Guwahati. Early morning around at 4 a.m. we hired a taxi from Paltan Bazar Guwahati to Kohima. After a long hectic 5 hours we reached Kohima at around 9 o clock. After a short halt of refreshment and food, we went for local sightseeing of Nagaland State Museum, Kohima War Cemetery, Kohima Heritage village, Kohima Zoo, Kohima Cathedral, Dzuko Valley and Japfu Peak and Mokokchung. After day’s bewildering and beautiful experience we returned to the hotel Ariel. We heard much talk of Nagaland’s Hornbill festival, but being in the odd season, we could not regale it.

The next day we decided to visit some deeper and distance location. While rushing to Touphema village, our hired taxi’s hind tube got blasted amid a forest. The driver started repairing, while we got attracted to the bizarre and fabulous forest. Though the driver warned us not to move in the forest, but we all ignored and delved deep to the forest. We got so infatuated by the beautiful place, and went on probing into hilarity and ecstasy.  We forgot the turnabouts and twisted ways of the forest. Out of tiredness and hunger, we sat beneath a tree. We dozed off. My eyes suddenly opened on an eerie sound. My eyes were wide open, throat dried and heart breathless. I awoke others and pointed towards a strange creature. All were stunned and stupefied. 

We had a strange encounter with someone whom others of human race had never seen. This was the Nagaland’s most famous forest named ‘Aholi’ which was known for the variety of natural plants, rivers, ponds and numerous animal species. The thing that still hovers in my mind is the sudden encountering with a creature having half animal and half man body. We all got panic stricken seeing the never before. The half head was of horse and remaining lower portion of the body was of man.

It was hardly at a distance of hundred feet and glaring on us. We were frightened but could not move from the place. Later the creature started moving towards us that increased our terror and uneasiness. No one knew what was going to happen. We shuddered into high heart beat with wetting sweat. We had no other option than to stay, wait and watch. We prayed to our Almighty with folded hands and closed eyes. Our hearts throbbed and mind rigged on every step, the creature moved towards us. In the snorting and staring of the horrible creature we all saw our approaching end. Its round rolling eyes, furs flown and angry look panicked us hugely. Now the creature was merely few steps away from us. It roared, howled and growled. It lofted tail in the air and tugged the leg on the ground. We all hugged and lapped one another tightly. We were fear stricken and death driven.

The creature came near us, smelled but did not react aggressively or frantically. It was to the great surprise and shock to us. It stopped and spoke miraculously in the language which we knew. Our mouths were wide open with what was going on before us. Though the creature welcomed us in the forest and persisted to accompany it into beautiful new things of the forest, but no one seemed ready to respond what the creature said. As we all still were not in the position to believe what was going on. Was it real or mere fantasy? The creature then seemed to show more intuitiveness by guessing our misery. It talked in more friendly and familiar tone. And changed it form into compete human shape. After the long hide and seek process we started communicating. The creature explained that it was the spirit of the jungle and had the capability to assume any shape at any time. it was also capable to speak the language of the next person. The creature motivated us to see the beauty of the nature in the extensive and pervading forest.  It also used to punish those who harm the plants and animals.

After that it transformed into horse total seven in number as we were total seven in our group and led us to the most charming and never before seen beautiful places of the forest. During our return we named the creature as ‘HUMELIA’. On its way, it told us how the man has mercilessly bruised the beautiful Nature with all its animals, plants and resources for his avaricious needs. It expressed in utter agony that man and machine has devastated their natural habitats. The man left no safe place to live and nothing to eat. This is why we have frequent clashes with mankind. He said that he spared and entertained us only because we looked guiltless and inoffensive. He showed the variety of beautiful natural world so that we might convey the message to all human beings not to become so cruel and unkind for such innocent species of the earth.

After relishing us sweetest fruits and flowers of the forest he left us to the safe roadside and bade adieu.

Our trip to Nagaland was full of excitement and pleasure and surprise. And the encounter with Humelia was unforgettable and amazing experience to all of us.

Peer pressure is always beneficial

THE PEER PRESSURE IS ALWAYS BENEFICIAL-Against

According to the worldwide surveys and researches in psychology and the latest development in the knowledge of human mind and psychology the pressure of any type of in any form is resistible in the development of healthy mind. And every one well knows that healthy mind dwells in healthy body. Until a man is both physically and mentally sound, any sort of progress in his life can never be imagined. Consequently if a man does not develop, a nation does not develop. Pressure rather forms catastrophic ground to annihilate the very root of humanity.

Imagine the pressure to the undeveloped or developing minds of the teen agers. The mental growth gets stunted and crippled. That leads towards suicidal tendencies and nihilism attitude development. The pressure on teenagers and adolescents in multiple hues like ragging, cut throat competition, lavish of performance etc. these pressure culminates huge depression, inferiority complex, abnormality in nature and finally they all lead to suicidal tendencies ending into nothing. With a fellow the family society nation and above all whole humanity gets severely affected. Nothing is more degrading and shameful when someone assumes that he has the worthless existence in the world.

We all are bundle of differences. And these differences come out from our family background , the neighborhood and the community we live in. when all these differences clash together in teenagers they find it hard to adjust with others.  And because of it mental clashes of different type starts. All the vices and bad habits the start assuming ground that results in form of corruption, crimes, terrorism etc. that’s why I strongly oppose the view that peer pressure is always beneficial.

The psychologists also state one another vital remark that the pressure diminishes the working capacity either at home or in any other offices or institutions. The scolding of super bosses and hypocrisy of the fellow never good. Slowly and slowly the affected member loses interest in work, interest in people, interest in life or interest in anything that is really very horrible situation of one’s mind and life as well.

Other than this the discrimination of any type to an individual or any particular community or group too builds either negative ideologies and sometimes rebellious outburst against the person or the system. That too is one of the major factor to spread unrest and tumult in the society and in the nation. And its well known to all of us that “ the development of occurs in the lap of peace and prosperity not amid storm of revenge and retaliation.”

The world has realized and the history is witnessed that the high and super minds of the planets like Aristotle, Einstein, Addision, Arybhatt, Gallilio, Gautam Budh, Mahabir Swami and thousands other who paved the way to humanity. Whose teachings are still the guiding lamps and will ever be until there is humanity , their divine and magnificent thoughts and theories were not because of any type pressure but because absolute freedom of mind and spirit. The very noticeable point over here that I want to say that these marvelous minds of the earth had glittered alone not because of and companionship or support of anybody so how can anybody think that peer pressure is always beneficial. Its illogical and baseless.

It peer pressure is so beneficial can my worthy opponent tell me why the internationally recognized and reputed educational body CBSE all the time raising the slogan of removing all sorts or pressure in the classroom or in the school. The stress free, fear free and congenial atmosphere should be created to develop the immature mind of the young ones. And the supreme  court and many judiciary bodies and NGOs crying loud not build pressure cooker situation in academic institutions or even at homes. The media highlights most often how the student went from depression to death only because the school teacher said him stupid.

As the sun does not require any body to shine and moon glorifies word alone in the clear and unspotted sky but when the same sky is shrouded by the stubborn clouds the very glow of the these heavenly bodies who give eternal source of life to us get adversely affected so is the pressure all around among the fellow beings and co-habitats. I strongly favour my side that Peer pressure can never be beneficial to anybody, anywhere or in any form.

THE PEER PRESSURE IS ALWAYS BENEFICIAL-Favour

Most honourable chief guest, jury members, the learned teachers, fellow debaters and dear friends, I am here to speak in the favour of the topic “ The peer pressure is always beneficial”.

The peer is group of being of similar age or rank or status. Sometimes as synonym to peer the words like companion, fellow and mate are used. As we all well know the famous statement of Aristotle that “ Man is a social animal. Outside of the society either he is god or monster. And in another well known words of famous sociologist Mcyver and Page  is that “Society is the web of social relationship”.

We take birth with certain unique features and peculiarities that create differences in us and these differences lead us to imperfection. Here I intend to say that each and every individual is distinctly imperfect and incomplete. These imperfections are relieved to certain level of perfection living in the close contact of peer group pressure. Though it looks awkward but is absolutely true. This is the only peer group pressure that results in the perfect personality building. We learn it from the petty naughtiness, competitiveness, fight and fondles. That instills capacity to facing the odds and obscurities of the world and life ahead. What an individual learns from the peer group pressure  no other can be substitute of that. Though parents and relatives do much in the process of making a child to man but the place and power of peer group is absolutely unique in itself.

In the eye of above statement we can firmly say that a man is influenced by the happening in the surrounding either the human deeds or the natural causes. The influence that the companionship forms on the individual is always beneficial. This is one of the absolute fact that development is possible only when different hands unite together and formulate the greater and better outcomes. Another notable point is that the being of the same age group and rank or status builds the bond of human relationship towards infinite development more strongly than other age group and status. Moreover it makes the healthy relationship reliable , stable and lasting. The reason behind is the same psychological level and similar desires.

Among the peers, the healthy competitive tendency develops and that helps in the achievement of the goals in life through cooperation and coordination. The astonishing fact that everyone is aware with is that the boys entering into the age of teen makes their different world of friend circle other than parents. The peers can provide what parents and relatives can’t. The parents  don’t have much more time to spend with the children. In this situation the children search the possibility of life and learning. Next to parents these children become used to of neighbours and afterward he makes the peer group where he is resorted of all sorts of emotional, social and ethical upliftment.

The parents merely help in bringing up with all materialistic resources but to become a successful citizen of the world these peer groups do. One another benefit that I want to highlight is that the work capacity and harmonious efforts the persons of the same age group or rank reflect better solutions.

There are strong possibilities and manifold natural capacities hidden in the very root of individual that turns into a huge and enormous shape latter on. It is better to quote William Wordsworth here- child is the father of man.”  Our local, national and international academic institutions and organizations like CBSE, NCERT are now laying much more emphasis on the issue to create congenial and loving atmosphere all around the immature and developing mind. The parents and teachers are counseled to be more friendly to them.

The most important is that the peer pressure is natural. It is because we are integral part of the society. Peer pressure is equal to trimming and untrimming  of a tree. The pressure around us works as trimming factor turning an individual into a beautiful personae like a beautiful tree in proper shape and direction. Otherwise it moves into undesirable direction and awkward movement and ugly form.  This is why the saying seems true that spare the rod spare the child.

So I am of the strong opinion that peer pressure is genuinely  beneficial in making a child into a responsible and successful man.
