AGONY OF LIFE THE DEMON AND DESIRE

The man is under constant inflow of painful waves which pinch his mind and soul right from the birth till his death.

He may be poor or rich, handsome or ugly, ruler or the ruled, young or old, male or female, celebrity or commoner or anyone, he can’t avoid the brutal brunt of time. The sobs, sighs and sufferings are a reality of human life. They are the stories of everyone’s door. They are universal facts.

The commoners, the poor and the lower strata people are struggling hard against poverty, diseases, epidemics, securities, respect and identity. The children die starved, under nourished and untreated. The epidemics like the chicken Guinea, the dengue, the cholera, the poxes, the malaria, mumps and measles wash away total populace at one jolt. These haves not sufferers are easy prey of fatal diseases. For these people, death is a daily and routine occurrence. Their lives are smitten in penury, problems and agonies. The widows, widowers and orphans can easily be found there. The stinking slums stifle and strangulate their lives. Their short lives slowly and slowly smolder away.

The stardom, celebrity status and glamour may look tempting and charming for a while, but there are different stories behind the curtain. To think that these people are beyond doubts, fear, stresses, miseries, anxieties and complexities is utterly untrue. We are acquainted only with few of their pompous and artificial hours where they appear with effortful glee and giggle on their painted faces. Only their braggart and bombarding hours are publicized and propagated. They have their personal life haunted by friends, neighbors, relatives, fans, business partners, co workers, office personnel, bosses and subordinates. They have their hoarse and harsh rivals in cruel competitive world. They have also the human emotions like ambitions, anger, love, desires, likes and dislikes. They also reflect and react on losses or gains, on applauses or abuses and on successes and failures. They have also 24x7 routine of life. Out of overnight performances, exuberant assignments, hectic schedules and exhaustions strain their body and mind. The haunts of rivalry, treachery, divorce, separation makes them restless, rude and broken. They often use pills to kill self and sleep deprivations. Moreover these glittering stars are not beyond the agonies of life like disease, aging and deaths.

To say that “Where there is life, there are sufferings” will not be exaggeration. The human species are sorely afflicted of it but the animals and plants are no exceptions. They too are, to some quantum, affected by them. The danger of food and safety ever looms in the lives of the animal. They too have emotions and natural instincts. They express them in many ways like mating, bearing, fostering, securing, and training their offspring to perpetuate their generations. They play, weep, cry and celebrate too in their lives. They communicate, assist and care to themselves. Everybody has seen the female deer fighting the wild beast to save her baby, the bird tweaking the snakes and hunter for her dear little ones and baby elephant well surrounded by the elders to protect from lions and tigers. The elephant nozzle up incessantly to wake up the dead and drowned baby elephant. Such are the instances how from a small insects to mammoth aquatic, terrestrial and celestial animals have huge agonies of foods and securities. They have fears, excitements, dominances and miseries of their own kinds.

The most latent, inexpressive and ignored world is of algae, herbs, shrubs, grasses, plants and forests. To fetch out that they have their emotions, miseries and agonies is a little bizarre and awkward. The scientists have proclaimed and proved that ‘The plants have almost all traits and features of a living being. They also beat and breathe. They have their own metabolic processes, needs and systems. They also display emotions in their own ways. The plant ‘touch me not’ is its superb example. It shrinks quickly when it is touched and expands slowly and slowly. The touch, sound, vibrations, air, light, water and surrounding definitely affect the plants. An experiment was done by a psychologist to test whether the human instincts affect the plants or not. By putting three similar plants into three different vases in the same atmospheric condition, the psychologist said kind and lovely words to one, unkind to second and unkindest to the third to a span of time. The astonishing result was observed. The first grew green and well while the third faded and dried away. Though this experiment was done to check the effect of our kind and cruel behavior to children, yet it sufficient proof to ascertain that the plants have their own agonies of life.

Being the wisest creature of the planet, the man broke away multifold bounds and boundaries of the Nature. The multiple complications originated throughout his quest for supremacy and success. He wept in wounds. He drowned in desires. He was throbbed and threatened to defile deadlocks of the Nature. He got callous cuts and fatal hurts. In spite of it, he ever endeavors a lot to soften the distresses and travails. But how much success does he get? It’s almost nothing as the man is made to suffer under tight claws of time, people and circumstances.

Sometimes he frustrates for the loss of his beloved and beautiful things or not to obtain the expected desires and dreams. His house accidently caught fire and destroyed. His son drowned to death while bathing in the river. His daughter was abducted, raped and murdered. His wife hanged herself on the silliest issue. The rioters set his magnificent shop on fire. He was paralyzed out of heart stroke. He could not repay the debt of his son’s studies, his shop and ailment of his father. The son is over aged, and now he is not getting a suitable job. There is no suitable match for the daughter who is getting over aged. The shop is not running well as the cut throat and sharp edge competitions in business world. The local criminals send life threatening messages if not given the demanded amount. He feels ashamed and inferior of not letting his children admitted in prestigious schools and coaching centers, not letting children to dinner at multi star hotels, shopping malls, theatres and picnic spots on every weekend as all the other neighbors do. The size, cost and shine of the car of neighbors also dishearten him. The marbles, glasses, lawns and designs of the bungalow of the neighbors weaken his morale and confidence. Such are the everyday’s’ agonies in man’s routine life.

The process continues throughout the life span of an individual. Right from the advent of human race upon the planet, the man has experienced it.

Though a man may boast for the outstanding and extra-ordinary achievements in the long run of his life but the real black spot of human development is that he could not recoup the human loss of losing himself. The man is constantly distancing himself from his own self. He frantically searches solace, comfort and pleasure around the world and in the crowds, whereas he does not know that nectar lies within him. He is perversely unaware and unfamiliar with this secret. His frets, struts and bewilder on non cognition and not attainment of the real joy and happiness. He is strayed, stranded and astrayed in the pursuit of divine juice of liveliness. He fails to look within him and that enhances his agonies and ugliness. He crushes cruelly his self in the eerie craze and eccentricity to find the pleasure beyond and without. He becomes hugely strange to himself.  

No doubt, today we are on the unprecedented stage of human development. The man has transcended and superseded all the previous records of advancement in every ambit of human life. Now he has earned the title of machine man, technical man, robotic man, super man and so others, but amid the same he has lost the human values which had been carried on from one generation to another.  The blind chase of dreams and destinations has extracted away of the essence of human values. He even sacrifices the delicate and lovely relatives and their relationships.

He swings and sways in to lonely ways and singular directions. He kills unkindly the worthy knots and terms with own race and own people. He considers such beautiful bondages as boredom and burdensome. He flies with fragile and feeble feathers with no one to see and support. His sky high aspirations and mountainous ambitions make him desolate, forlorn and lonely. His human values to nurture and nourish the beautiful bonds of relationships get harshly subdued, submerged and subverted. That deepens up his own as well as other’s agonies of loneliness. Thus, he has suffered the loss of human relationship. Though there are relationships, they are only for namesake. The very tenderness and softness is lost somewhere in unknown land. Even in his own family, he finds and feels himself strange.

So this actual picture prevails in every section of society wherever a man lives. The continents and countries scattered at the globe, wherever the humanity and living organism reside, they have the agonies in common. The agonies of life pervade universally throughout the world in American, Europeans, Africans, The West, Mid and East Asians and the Australians  who too face birth, marriage, death, love, fear, anger and hates. They have wraths on abuses and attacks. They have love on applauses and appreciations. They smile on cozy and trickling jokes. They frown on rude and brutalities. They shed genuine tears on losses. They enjoy on victories and successes. They mourn the death and marvel the births. So agonies equally and universally prevail to all horizons under the skies.

He runs after the perfection.  Does he get? Absolutely not, as to adjust with losses has become his nature. Where his competence retrogrades, he leaves on lot or time. He tries his best to integrate with it. Shrouded and surrounded by agonies of life, he has learnt adaptation and adjustment. When he fails, falls and fumbles, he surrenders himself helplessly to time and circumstances. His torn, tired and shattered self get a momentary refrain and relief. He gropes into new ways and possibilities to tackle the tough and tedious hours. His novelties, innovations and creations form other agonies of varied types and colors. The agonies of life rather worsen gruesomely than to ease down.

For example, to replace and substitute the traditional weapons of battles like spears, swords, maces and bows, the man invented rifles, machine guns, revolvers, missiles, atom bombs and nuclear weapons. What do they signify? The consecutive two inglorious world wars hastened the inventions of such heinous, fatal and catastrophic weapons. They now consist the capability and power to destroy the planet’s occupants at eye’s blink. The chemical, bio, gas and heterogeneous weapons are the monsters and name of disasters. They can gobble up the world within seconds. The accidental deaths on speedy aero planes, trains, buses and other vehicles are well known to all. The electricity, gases and appliances used at domestic purposes, offices and public places are other hidden and hideous names of calamities and casualties. So, such things although make the human life easy going, smooth, better, exact and quicker, yet the looming danger inherent in them pose great challenge to his own survival. Here too, the agonies in life do persist in man’s own decisions, devises and attainments.

Until there is breath and beat, there will be agonies. The agonies of life can never be erased and eradicated. They move magnificently with movement of life on the Earth. Even the great sages like Lord Gautam Buddha, Prophet Mohamed and Lord Christ and thousand others could not eradicate it, what to say about common folk and citizenry. They preached the illustrious sermons and strenuous teachings to love, peace, happiness, fraternity, compassion, gratitude, faith, tolerance, magnanimity and benevolence. What did they achieve? How much impression did they leave upon living world? Even many philanthropists and liberal scholars criticize their contributions saying that “These sages and prophets have rather ruptured the humanity by dividing into sects who ever are on eternal clash, conflict and collide. They fight together brutally to prove, strengthen and establish their supremacy over others”. After judicious and impartial analysis, their roles cannot be negated and denied as they and their devouts have given exemplary service to humanity.  If they could not eradicate it, at least they curtailed, mitigated and minimized the agonies of life.

To think of abolishing it is insane and foolish thinking. We can mitigate by our common sense, cooperation and understanding. They can be diminished by control over our dreams, desires and ambitions. All essential human values like love, peace, kindness and cooperation should be well revered and venerated. That may make the world less afflicted of agonies than to be heinously drowned and dead in it.

THE CHILDREN AND THE CHILDHOOD

                    CHILDHOOD ONCE LOST CAN NEVER BE REGAINED

Once a child of about twelve years old, bent under the over burdened clumsy bag hugely congested by books, sat beside me, while travelling in school bus to Akbarpur. He looked tired and fatigue. He sweated and looked exasperated. With deep and heavy breath, he stretched and straightened himself. His comforting acts discomforted me, but I did not complain. I sat silent with occasional stare to him.

“Be comfortable boy, sit easily and straight way”, I humbly said to him.

He looked into my eyes. His eyes seemed rolling into dubiety.

“What happened, boy, you look a bit puzzled and restless” I politely asked.

He retorted at once as if he was waiting to express his agony.

“Are the elders ever envious of children?” He enquired inquisitively.

“No, not at all, boy”

Struck and affected by his undaunted ways, I quietly answered.

He again prompted to vent, aggressively said, “Why then, they are ever behind us children?”

“No boy, what happened to you?  What elders did to you?” I said.

He simply asked me, "Uncle, why do the elders ever scold us to study and study only?”

What I answered was just simple, "Dear, It’s for your good, so that you may turn into a successful man later on”.

The child again asked, "Does success mean only poking into bulky books and being bitterly beaten by elders?"

I got a bit struck, shivered. How does a child like him seem to be so inquisitive? But I had to do something to satisfy his eagerness. What should I say? How should I answer? Is the child going to be unanswered?

I simply said, "Success which the elders expect for is not the stuff from books and rotes but by which you may really become a man”.

"Am I not a man then, an animal?” he again asked.

Further he asked a bit furiously asked, “Does animal do so much home works? Does an animal read so many bogus books? Does an animal carry such a heavy bags on their backs? Does an animal work hard to pass and fail? Does an animal get punishment on not securing highest in the exams?”

He took up his bag, opened books and showed. He looked withered and wounded.

I wanted to pacify him.

“Boy, we have all to study such books, there is no other alternative”, I patted his back to solace his spirit.

Putting back all his books inside the bag, sadly he said, “Uff…, I will either throw away all of them into the nearby well or burn it into ashes”.

The child’s constant and confident queries again pinched my mind. This made me out of words. I became speechless for a while. I hadn't satisfactory answer for the child. Somehow I diverted his attention toward nearby chocolate shop and returned home. The curiosity of child hovered ever around me. Shame on me, I couldn't satisfy even a child's queries. I felt fool and fragile.

This is not the one and only case which occurred with me. Every day the childhood worth is crushed under threat of chiding and beating by elders all around. The elders don't have much time to think what these children really need. They are forsaken in the care of nurses, maids and others than the tightly busy parents. The elders only think that to grow up them and sending them to school is their only job. They forget that a child wants more than what they usually give so called 'lavish' life.

To admit in costly boarding schools has become a fashion today. We think that we have done wonderful thing after handing over the child in the brutal boarding schools. Where they are so professional and mint money by all means and measures. They make machine out of man by rigid and strict disciplinary rules. Such boarding schools are the factories where products are refined and charged handsomely. And they don’t provide any guarantee or warranty for spurious products. On failure of the child, they rather raise questions in the genetic complexities in the child. They issue a judgment order about the worthlessness of the child. That makes the child disheartened and parents hopeless and broken.

We need to understand the psyche of the child and fulfill all of their requisites physical, mental and social needs. They need love and affection in early to later days than to be sent school in such a tender age. The age when a child requires affectionate and fondling companionship of the parents, he is beautifully equipped with school uniform and lowering bags. The parents start aspiring so frantic and fabulous things from the child. They can make these children an engineer over night, if it is in their reach and capacity. They see the child of the neighbor, going to school. They find other’s child reciting English poems in such an early age. They throw the innocent and young child into the race of dire competition. In that age, the child does not even know what actually a competition is.

All the lanes and streets are full of attractive posters, banners, hoardings and advertisements about nursery schools. There features the high slogans to make the child superman from ordinary being. There features the giggling and playing children in front of the bewitching school building and play grounds. They even attract the parents by huge concession of fees and superb facilities. But such are the other voracious and greedy ways to money minting machines and nothing else.

From an early age of only two years, we start planning and sending the child in LKG, UKG, PLAY GROUP and Nursery schools. We need to rethink what we are going to do. If the child crams few poems’ lines and recite in front him and guests, will that be all and enough for the child? The researchers advise the parents to send their wards to school only at the age of five. The psychologists also endorse it. Childhood if once lost can never be regained. So the child must get opportunity to enjoy its beautiful childhood. The studies and successes are life long process. Through our long or short span of life, we have to struggle and strive for survival. At least, the childhood age should be spared from such loathsome things. The child must remain a child until he actually becomes an adult. We dream to make an adult extracting the essence of childhood.

The health of the children too must be in the very pivot, while encumbering his back with boring burdens. In pursuit of easy, quick and big dreams, we throw the health of the children into hazardous situations. From dawn to night, fiercely entangled, wrapped and engrossed into the flipping of the pages of books and burden, their health is most often overlooked and ignored. The soft smile and blithering giggles start fading from their sweet and innocent faces.

Health is the sound state of human mind and body. Moreover his behavior, social terms and ethical values also decide the health of a person. Health is considered above wealth. If wealth we lose, that can be regained by working hard if we have lost our health we will even not be able to work. We become physically and mentally feeble. This restrains us to do anything. And everyone knows that without doing anything we can’t earn wealth.

To keep children healthy and fit in the present world, it’s very important that we must give them a disciplined, stress free, loving and healthy life style. We must intensely take care of what we offer them to eat. Even we must take care of how we train and teach them to eat. We must closely focus on their diets having all nutritious ingredients in proportion like fat, carbohydrates, protein, minerals and vitamins for the sake of growth- physical as well as mental. We must rigidly restrain them to take unhealthy, infected and stinking foods. We must avoid any way, the excess use of oil and spices for them. Seasonal fruits and vegetable can also to be given to them for their proper growth.

For the better of the children, we should promote, facilitate and motivate outdoor and indoor games for them. These activities help huge in many ways to build social values, interpersonal relationship and also helps to cope with the challenges whirling around them. That also strengthens them physically, mentally, psychologically and socially.

In the fast moving and busiest age, nobody is free to give time in sports, games yoga and exercises. Due to it, the children miss most valuable phase of their life to live lightly and pleasantly. The parents have many responsibilities from morning to evening. They even, most often, are in hurry and hurricanes, and provide the school going tiny tots, mere bread, butter and sauce. This dangerous habit leads these young children to depend on many junk and fast foods which are being sold outside in unhealthy surrounding and stinking places which are highly infective by pests and pleas. To keep our children healthy and fit, the parents have to give sufficient time in such lovable activities and proper healthy life style.

The 21^st century has brought another big revolution in the field of computer and information technology. The life of the children is sure to get affected by them. It’s in the very nature of human beings, as the man had been very inquisitive about the surrounding. The abundant natural stuffs allure his spirit and compel to cogitate of it. This led to uncountable and extraordinary discoveries and inventions. These have indeed transformed the human life into easy going and comfortable. These are the secrets how the nomadic and savage life was converted into sophisticated civilized one. Despite all these, they too have increased the level devastations and havocs. The world has witnessed the consequent catastrophes throughout ages like world wars that claimed immeasurable lives and properties.

Out of these human strides, the television was quite revolutionary inventions. It shook the very root of human social livings. Now the world has become transparent wherein even the minutes or least important issues are relayed in no time. Moreover it has reshuffled the social pattern and life style. The man residing far on the altitude of the Everest sheds tears for the flood and famine affected people of Kanyakumari. The television also facilitates an individual to formulate the information about art, music, politics, economy, sports etc.

It’s rightly said that a child learns more from visual output. From the breakfast time to supper at night, there is the only thing ‘television’ being discussed.  

It has also brought few drawbacks along with it. It has affected almost every section of society of all age groups. The young children had been more sufferer than any of them. The television creates certain complications like-

·        Eye sight problems

·        Backbone problem

·        Wastage of time on useless stuffs.

·        Less time remains to study

 It has greatly endangered and degenerated the health standard of young children. According to the several surveys done in this regard by multiple agencies and organizations, the television mania among children has not only victimized the young kids but their parents as well. The parents roam about the hospitals to get the better treatment for their children in place of going to their offices.

So the famous saying seems worth mentioning here that ‘Excess of everything is bad’. A child requires sticking to TV only for a short span of time on well devised schedules. The parents should be very vigilant toward them while sitting in front it. Thus television can be the storehouse of information if properly managed otherwise it can devastate the children.

Away from television, the advancement in the field of media and networking, primarily and prominently has gruesomely affected the life of children. Although in modern time, the media and networking has become an integral part of human life. As breath is important for life so is media and networking for the advanced human race. If they have thousands good aspects, there are thousands bad aspects too. In lack of good judging skill and capacity, they rather fall fiercely in trap of rubbish things. Overuse and lunatic craze of social media like Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Instagram, Skype, Wechat, Linkedin and Youtube have done more wrong and less good. Moreover, the hundreds of foul and filthy websites, offering free porn, dates, popping ads and insane objects have spoiled the heart and mind of the children. That rather distracted, defiled and dampened these children. The untrained and novice to such web magic, the children prance across sites to sites, ending only the in exhausted mind, limp body and sloth heart.

The android smart phones have become the individual as well as social need today. It may be a basic need of communication, information and entertainment for the elderly citizens, but it is a wonderful, passionate, dreamy object for the children. The glowing glass tempered, large size, costly, featured and stylish mobile phones are craze, craving and lust of the children. They are so slave of such gadgets and devices, that they spend more time in googling, serfing, chating, watching and doing in them than in books, study, coaching and home works. They prove less good and more bad as they cripple and paralyze the independent thinking, natural behavior and innate growth of the children. Their natural instincts, geniuses and capacities get blocked and stunted. More pitiable and abject situation is when such devil devices fall in their hands in an early tender age. They screen flash, radiation and stare suppress the beauty of their childhood. The age when the loving hands, cozy laps, fondling soft touch and kindred voices should have been there, they are left lifelessly in lifeless such demoniac and deadly devices.

The child should remain a child when it is a child. All hurries and haste to grow into adult is suicidal. The child is a child only and the elders are solely responsible to decide the path, process and progress of the children. The elders are crushed under the materialistic needs, debts and dreams. They could not acquire them, so they start expecting big from these children. They become restless, impatient and garrulous to attain them as soon as possible. In such beguile, belligerent and beastly race, the children become victim. The result is that their priceless phase of childhood is lost to the least.  

The uniqueness of the child must also be dully respected. To compare the worth of a child with other is the most lowly and dangerous blunder of the elderly fellows. By doing this, we elderly people rather lead the children nowhere but towards deadly directions. Childhood once lost, can never be regained. Let the child enjoy its childhood to the full with all its fragrances. Childhood is priceless. Even the richest one of the world can’t purchase it. The world’s whole property and prices can’t help on old man to regain his childhood. There are countable few years in childhood to remain free from the worldly bounds, cares and coarsenesses, other side, there are copious years to succeed, earn and lavish.

Let the child be merely a child, enjoying all blessings, boons, beauties and bounties of nature, people and world. Let the world wait till he becomes young and adult. Let the world wait till he becomes a mature man. Let him grow on his own way and speed. Let him not face any undue pressure, problem and hurries. Let the world respect the worth of his childhood. 

THE PEER PRESSURE- ITS PROS AND CONS THE TEEN AGE CHALLENGES

The peer is group of being of similar age or rank or status. Sometimes as synonym to peer the words like companion, fellow and mate are used. As we all well know the famous statement of Aristotle that “Man is a social animal. Outside of the society either he is god or monster. And in the words of another well known and famous sociologist, Mcyver and Page is that “Society is the web of social relationship”.

We take birth with certain unique features and peculiarities that create differences in us and these differences lead us to imperfections. Here I intend to say that each and every individual is distinctly imperfect and incomplete. These imperfections are relieved to certain level of perfections, living in the close contact of peer group pressure. Though it looks awkward but is absolutely true. This is the only peer group pressure that results in the perfect personality building. We learn it from the petty naughtiness, competitiveness, fight and fondles. That instills capacity to facing the odds and obscurities of the world and life ahead. Whatever an individual learns from the peer group pressure, there can be no other substitute of that. Though parents and relatives do much in the process of making a child to man but the place and power of peer group is absolutely unique in itself.

In the pursuit of above statement, we can firmly say that a man is influenced by the happening in the surrounding- either the human deeds or the natural causes. The influences that the companionship forms on the individual are always beneficial. This is one of the absolute facts that development is possible only when different hands unite together and formulate the greater and better outcomes. Another notable point is that being of the same age group and rank or status builds the bond of human relationship towards infinite development more strongly than other age group and status. Moreover it makes the healthy relationships reliable, stable and lasting. The reason behind it is the same psychological level and similar desires.

Among the peers, the healthy competitive tendency develops and that helps in the achievement of the goals in life through cooperation and coordination. The astonishing fact that everyone is aware with, is that the boys entering into the age of teen makes different world of friend circle other than parents. The peers can provide what parents and relatives can’t. The parents don’t have much more time to spend with the children. In this situation the children search the possibility of life and learning. Next to parents these children become used to of neighbors and afterward they make the peer groups where they are resorted of all sorts of emotional, social and ethical growths.

The parents merely help in bringing up with all materialistic resources but to become a successful citizen of the world, these peer groups do a lot. The other benefit that I want to highlight is that the work capacity and harmonious efforts of the persons of the same age group or rank reflect better solutions.

There are strong possibilities and manifold natural capacities hidden in the very root of individual that turns into a huge and enormous shape latter on. It is better to quote William Wordsworth here, ‘Child is the father of man’.  Our local, national and international academic institutions and organizations like CBSE, NCERT are now laying much more emphasis on the issue to create congenial and loving atmosphere all around the immature and developing minds. The parents and teachers are counseled to be friendlier to them.

The most important thing in this regard is that the peer pressure is natural. It is because we are integral part of the society. Peer pressure is equal to trimming and not trimming of a tree. The pressure around us works as trimming factor which turns an individual into a beautiful personality like a beautiful tree in proper shape and direction. Otherwise it moves into undesirable direction, awkward movement and ugly form. This is why the saying seems true that ‘spare the rod spoil the child’.

So I am of the strong opinion that peer pressure is genuinely beneficial in making a child into a responsible and successful man.

The factors which play crucial role in the life a child is the age growth. During teen age and adolescent stage, there are certain specific traits like stormy, gusty, heroic, rebellion, risk taker, immense energy, imaginative, sentimental start reflecting in their behaviors and attitudes. More about their gradual age growth can also be attributed as to be sensitive, revolutionary and radicals. In such an equivocal and aggressive age they also tempt to brave acts, out of odds and adversaries. The social and psychological changes also prompt towards perfection as a man into magnitude magnanimity. They tend to be the hero of real world around them.

Their personality stealthily gets molded into an individual or group personality which is perfected by peers or group living and this can be said to be another great benefits of group living.  Their social, economical, psychological upliftment in local, regional, national or international reference is possible only through healthy cooperation and competition resulting in quality. The undeniable fact that the man is a social animal and outside of the society either he is God or demon.  Any being away from peer pressure is equal to untrimmed ugly and unruly tree branches whereas under peer pressure is well trimmed bewitching and beautiful tree.

The children are checked against evils and are bewared of devils which prompt for wrong doing. The critical and cynic surrounding of peers beautify their personality as detergent soaps which cleanse away the dirty deeds, converting into sublime glitter of golden human being.

    The ragging is much condemned but it has goodness too. It improves group performance of the children and assists in all competitiveness in future life and career. The peers are like the paramount and peerless friendship of Sudama and Krishna and their friendship is still a great source of inspiration and ideal for the generations.

There is the coin’s other side which cannot be overlooked. The undue and over peer pressure has some repercussions too. It’s no wrong to say that “the peer pressure is worst and best both’.  If it has thousands healthier aspects, it has millions unhealthier aspects too. The word ‘Pressure’ is itself highly negative and non conformist. To think of pressure itself, is horrifying, dampening and benumbing.  According to the worldwide surveys and researches in psychology and the latest development in the knowledge of human mind and learning, the pressure of any type or in any form is resistible in the development of healthy mind. And everyone knows well that healthy mind dwells in healthy body. Until a man is both physically and mentally sound, any sort of progress in his life can never be imagined. Consequently if a man does not develop, a nation does not develop. Pressure rather forms catastrophic ground to annihilate the very root of humanity.

Imagine the pressure to the undeveloped or developing minds of the teen agers. The mental growth gets stunted and crippled. That leads towards suicidal tendencies and nihilism. The pressure is on teenagers and adolescents in multiple hues like ragging, cut throat competition, lavish of performance etc. and this pressure culminates into huge depression, inferiority complex and abnormality in their nature and finally they all lead to suicidal tendencies ending into nothing. With the fellow, the family, the society, the nation and above all whole humanity gets severely affected. Nothing is more degrading and shameful when someone assumes that he has the worthless existence in the world.

We all are bundle of differences. And these differences come out from our family backgrounds, the neighborhood and the community we live in. When all these differences clash together in teenagers they find it hard to adjust with others. Because of it, mental clashes of different type, starts. All the vices and bad habits the start assuming ground into them that mostly results in form of corruption, crimes, terrorism etc. that’s why all strongly oppose the view that peer pressure is always beneficial.

The psychologists also state one another vital remark that the pressure diminishes the working capacity either at home or in any other offices or institutions. The scolding of super bosses on the fellowmen never do well. Slowly and slowly the affected members lose interest in work, interest in people, interest in life or interest in anything that is really very horrible situation of one’s mind and life as well.

Other than this the discrimination of any type to an individual or any particular community or group too builds either negative ideologies or sometimes rebellious outburst against the person or the system. That too is one of the major factors to spread unrest and tumult in the society and in the nation. And it’s well known to all of us that “The development occurs in the lap of peace and prosperity not amid storm of revenge and retaliation”.

The world has realized and the history has witnessed that the high and super minds of the planets like Aristotle, Einstein, Edison, Arybhatt, Galileo, Gautama Buddha, Mahabir Swami and thousands other who paved the way to humanity and whose teachings are still the guiding lamps and will ever be until there is humanity, their divine and magnificent thoughts and theories were not because of any type pressure but because absolute freedom of mind and spirit. The very noticeable point over here that is necessary to say that these marvelous minds of the earth had glittered alone not because of and companionship or support of anybody so how can anybody think that peer pressure is always beneficial. It’s illogical and baseless.

If peer pressure is so beneficial, can anybody tell us why the internationally recognized and reputed educational body CBSE, all the time, are raising the slogans of removing all sorts or pressure in the classroom or in the school. The stress free, fear free and congenial atmosphere should be created to develop the immature minds of the young ones. And the Supreme Court and many judiciary bodies and NGOs are ever crying loud not to build pressure cooker situation in academic institutions or even at homes. The media highlights most often how the student went from depression to death only because the school teacher said him stupid.

As the sun does not require any body to shine and moon glorifies world alone in the clear and unspotted sky but when the same sky is shrouded by the stubborn clouds, the very glow of the these heavenly bodies which give eternal source of life to us, get adversely affected and so is the pressure all around among the fellow beings and co-habitants. We strongly favor that peer pressure can never be beneficial to anybody, anywhere or in any form.

The pressure of any kind is unjust and against the easy and natural growth of the child. None of the ground can justify it anyway. If the term pressure is negative in itself then effect will surely be the same. The peer pressure during teen age is catastrophic and it leads to nothing, rather spoils the precious life of the child. The ragging, cut throat rivalry and competition leads to suicidal tendencies. This is why the suicide cases even of the brilliant children in prestigious institutions top in the newspapers and media channels. It’s a general conception that the negativity attracts more than positivity and all bad habits like addiction, drink, smoke etc. ultimately lead towards corruption, crimes and terrorism.  Another havoc and catastrophe is discrimination based on trivial things like color, rich and poor, nature differences and they also lead towards destructive inferiority complex in them. The numerous psychologists, their surveys and researches have stated against any pressure on human mind. They have emphatically warned that it erodes the inherent innate power in all. As if any powerful lion pitiably caged in bars and gradually become mentally and physically weak.

     Under pressure, the developing tendency weakens because progress occurs in total stress free and fearless atmosphere. During school time, in teen age, the pressure of fellow students, compel to involve in wrong deeds and bad habits latter it becomes the part and parcel of their life.

It’s moral obligation to all parents, teachers, administrators and all elderly citizens, to minimize such freakish pressures on young and sweet children. Let the future of the nation open their cozy feathers, flip and flutter, to fly in the free and open sky.

They must be encouraged to grow of their own accord and capacity. Let them make a world full of freedom and joyfulness subduing all sorts of frivolous pressures and bounds.

OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM - EDUCATION AND CIVILIZATION

The people may say that going in the school, attending coaching centers or getting tutors at home is education. They may also consider that completing homework, reading and writing books, scoring high marks and getting a job is education. But education is beyond such trivial and narrow perceptions which rather limit and distort its true meaning.

Education is something which makes us man out of animal. We are entitled to be called civilized and developed race of the planet. We not only get education in the so called formal institutions and the hub of educational centers but also from the life moving around ourselves which too are the richest and biggest source of education. The raw mind gets ripened out of education that enables us to live the over laden life smoothly and successfully. It’s merely education that has transformed human race into present age of machine and technology from primitive nomadic state. It is education only that makes a clear distinction between man and animal. The man has the reason, power and resources to get education in systematic manner. The true education heightens our living standard and style among our people.

The big question in today’s scenario is whether present education system has really created cultured and successful citizen. It still poses a big challenge in front of us. We have to analyze into the mirror of the education systems founded, practiced and prevailed by our great ancestors and worthy forefathers. If we analyze deep in this regard a little deeply, we will compulsorily concede that ‘the conventional education system has no more power left in it to create civilized and successful citizen’. We will very easily favor the idea that ‘every education system is the result of a specific time and life in it’.

From the early stage of human life, there has been different mode of educating the people. And in the process of development of human race, it went on getting accustomed and adapted with the changed scenario. In every phase of time there have been three distinct categories of people. First those people who remained fanatically stuck to the bygone older habits, practices, cultures and traditions, second those people who happily and enthusiastically hugging the all the changes and third those people who stand between inevitability of changes and the worth of the past.

It’s really worth noticeable that ‘Change is the law of nature, there is no beauty without change’. We could not have hoped the use of computer and mobile, aero planes and sophisticated machines from the primitive uncivilized men, but we must agree that what we are today is the result of our forefather’s inventions and discoveries. Today searching of the newer planet seems sensational but in those days, the invention of fire, wheel and pots were not less sensational. They have been the backbone of all today’s development. What newer things we are developing today will become of secondary importance after centuries ahead. The invention of fire would have really dazzled the nomadic people. They would have got burning spot to their bodies but later they utilized the same for their advancement in sphere of human life like making the sharp weapon for hunting, to save them from wild beasts, to cook the food etc. The invention of the wheel lessened the burden of the back of the man. The animals were being used to carry the goods from one place to another. The society started assuming form. And the race of development quickened. The fire and the wheel is the reason why we are making synthetic materials today.

How can we say that only the present generation citizens are to be called successful?  Were Chanakya and Chandra Gupta not successful? Was Ashoka , the great a failure? Were Napoleon and Alexander, the great only the nothing? Were Mihirsen, Aryabhatta, Sushrut of no importance? It’s foolish to say that only present generation education system has potential to inculcate the cultural values. Think about Mahatam Gautam Buddha and Mahabira Swami, they taught the morals to the world. Such stalwart figures guided the humanity. Such eminent persons influenced the tide of their times and inspired the future as well. They are unforgettable and non ignorable. They left an indelible imprint in the pages of history and time. Throughout all our journey of life in the world, they are still paving the path to humanity with inextinguishable lamp of knowledge, courage, fearlessness, magnanimity, perseverance and many more.

There is only one thing to say in this regard that every education system has its limitations of the age and circumstances, but it has its importance not only in the associated era but also in all ages and times. It may be replaced by the newer ideas and better concepts suitable for the present needs, but it can never lose its worth. As the human life advances, so their needs also do. The glory and goodness of the past values should be carried forward. That must be molded and managed according to the time and situation otherwise it will become insignificant and meaningless. The old customs, values, practices, habits and beliefs should be colored in modernity, only then; it can leave an impression over the new generation multitude. If  any system, whatever and however great and magnificent it had been in its time, whatever influential it had been , remain adamant and stagnant, will vanish away from the world’s arena. The beauty lies in the very universality and timelessness of the systems. It must not be slave and stubborn to a definite phase and space. It must have human touch of all ages, places and races. Only then it can survive amid toughest and turbulent coils recoils of time.

Once, to get knowledge and education was an individual concern. Self inspired and self motivated man forbade the human pleasures of domestic livings, came out into the lusty jungles, vibrant valleys, robust mountains, tenderly rivers, pervading spaces and benevolent sky. He wandered freely and fearlessly. He felt the breeze, smelled fragrances and ate fabulous fruits. He wore the surroundings, slept on grass and grounds and befriended the insects, animals and plants. He smoothly travelled through shrubs, pebbles and thorns. He sat day to night and introspected. He explored the life within and beyond. He realized the facts and fables. He became a man of humanness. He acquired the blessings of manhood.

In the later ages, with the formation of social structures and concentration of populace, the learning and experience started getting institutionalized. The sages shared their supreme knowledge of life and world to other fellow men that were desirous and curious to get it. The Guru Shishya tradition commenced. Far from the human habitats, in the deep and dense forests, the Guru with his dedicated disciples, discuss and discern the complexities of live, world and universe. The pious bond and virtuous knot between the Guru and his disciples made elegant and elaborate quest for salvation and solutions of complexities and intricacies of human life and its relation with fellow natural world. Their combined endeavor together helped to guide and show path to advancement to human community. They taught the valuable lessons of living like brotherhood, love, benign, compassion, empathy, tolerance, benevolence, non violence, truth, chastity, mercy and above all harmony among all fellow living and non living world.

The advent of Lord Gautam Buddha and his practical preaching and precious sermons fueled the world of learning and knowledge. On his precepts and inspiration, the organized and well systematic educational institutions were established to maximize the benefits of their learning in the welfare of the mass common people. Thus the great universities like Taxshila, Nalanda and Vikaramshila were founded in different parts of the country. Thousands of monks and millions of disciples from nook and corner of the country and abroad enhanced its glory and greatness. Unfortunately, the mightiest invasions and internal cruelties prevalent in the country heinously damaged to the very heart of such glorious institutions. The monasteries were set ablaze and devastated. The innocent peace loving monks were mercilessly butchered.

Later, religious institutions like temples, mosques, churches and gurudwaras became the centre of quest, share and implement the knowledge to control, guide and propel the human behaviors and thinking. The scriptures were formulated and tenets were formed. Idealism, romanticism and deism took ground to balance and harmonize the social structures. The new principles, theories and doctrines were laid to enlighten the dormant soul and elevate human living to transcendentalism. Such religious institutions connected directly to the door of common people to heighten their moral, ethical and sacrilegious standard. The concept of god and divine power were made the matter of each individual’s life. The pilgrimages of Chardham like Jagnnath, Badrinath, Dwarika and Ujjain and many more were grounded. The priesthood, soul, afterlife, hell and heaven, gods, divinity, Karma, Bhakti, and Yoga became the part and parcel of every day’s life and business. 

After colonial era, we entered into modern democratic world. The machines, electricity and technologies changed the traditional values and way of thinking. Our priorities and choices got a big reshuffle and overhaul. The modern institutional like Kolkata, Mumbai, Madras, Allahabad universities were structured. Later academic, professional, medical, agricultural, engineering, technical, social, religious and diploma institutions and universities blossomed everywhere to fulfill the needs of present world and its population.

The new to newer education policies and commissions were launched time to time in the fast running and variegating world.  From Lord Macaulay’s Education policy 1835, Woods Dispatch 1854, Hunter commission 1882 to UGC 1956, Kothari commission 1964, New Education Policy 1986, 1992, SSA 2000, NCF 2005 and RTE 2009, and several other attempts were made to modernize the education system. The scientific, logical and analytical tendencies and temperament were boosted to compete with the global trends and developments. Innovative, creative and constructive measures are being incorporated, implemented and promoted in the field education. The concepts of education are fast changing. The practicality, demonstrations and experimentations are getting edge day by day. That is the sanguine prospect of future nation building. Above all, that will assist to the service of whole humanity. Moreover, the individual has immense freedom to soar high and deep into the horizon of knowledge. He has full freedom and scope to quest the undiscovered, unknown and hidden for the sake of well being of the human species. He is no more bound to myths, superstitions, strictures and scriptures, prophet obligations, god fear, religious boundaries, social outcast, ceremonial sacrosanct, elderly horrors of omens and hatches and community feeling .

Despite the rapid revolutions in the field of education, the loopholes still lie beneath the very lamp. The corrupt mentalities and evil intentions sniggering in the education policies, frameworks, implementations and executions have contaminated the whole system. For the lavish and unrestricted power gain, the foul practices are hugely assuming ground in the field of education too. The education that is the backbone of all developments should have been free from such ills and cruel practices. The clutch and hold of such venomous and crook people and politicians would have been least. Even the splendid policies rot up in the vicious hands of defective administrators.  Today, our education system is in very pathetic, poor and fragile condition. This needs to be revised, revamped, re strengthened and super inspected. The total control and administration must lie in the hands of honest, dedicated and visionary people.

To cite some instances about such ill functionaries, manipulations and embezzlements, that have afflicted all educational strata like higher, secondary and basic education. Though there are thousands of such wrong doings prevalent in higher education, but prominently affecting the systems are nepotism, authoritarianism and impressionism. The secondary education is no exception of it. But more miserable condition is of basic education. In spite of all reformative measures and constitutional provisions for free and compulsory, the education up to the age of 14, the mammoth money making, crippling the talent in the bud and negligence of duties have become every day’s harsh reality and bitter truth.

The recent happening in Bihar and Chhattisgarh of children’s death by food poisoning adds to the factor of such corrupt practices, wrong rulings and mismanagement. Whatever high slogans of meticulous administration, adept management and impartial government they make but the ground reality is that ‘the basic education is to the worst of its level’. This is shocking, depressing and surprising in eye of the nation. The local, national and international functionaries are spiting millions of dollars but the outcome is really very sad. The MDM and SSA and many more projects are getting introduced but practically of no use and no avail.

It’s better not to go school than to be neglected, abused and maltreated. Moreover life staking situations like eating pesticide in MDM, caste and status based discrimination and slum surrounding are more panic some. The officers focus more on the filling pockets than to improve educational conditions. It’s not that there is shortage of funds and budgets. If there is any shortage of fund, that is because the voracious and ravenous leaders and officers sitting in air conditioned easy armchairs. If they make visit to schools, it is not for supervision or reformation but to extract and distort money somehow and someway. The teachers are used to of such practices or they too have political access or local dadagiri.

It’s hurting and shameful when somebody makes the local poor people responsible not to send their wards well clad, well bathed, well equipped and regular. They prove those innocent common villagers guilty not to be attentive towards their wards and letting them to graze cattle and do household works. This is merely because one thinks like oneself in safe and comfortable conditions fetching a regular big salary.  There is one advice for such intelligent people ‘Just live their life for a single day; you will change the philosophy forever’. The main guilty is those who have the constitutional responsibility to plan and execute the rules. The Public must understand this and retaliate in the same coin if the government or administrator neglects and foils like that. Just remember, even the mother feeds the child, when it cries.

Imagine how the little buds are being nipped in the tender age. How can the child compete to the children studying in private schools?

It’s time to vow to do all our best in the interest of nation. We must raise voice against all malpractice prevailing. Education is the foundation brick of a huge flourishing nation. Where education gets clamped in political rigors, the future of the nation gets absolutely dismayed into utter darkness. It’s education that enables a man to become active member of the society and of the nation. The nation lacking the true spirit of education and stepping with flow of the fast changing time drowns into nothingness.

Its great urge and appeal to all dear citizens and countrymen to drive away all pollutants so that our country may become 100% literate and every individual may contribute to the best of his level in the development of the country

NO SHORTCUT TO SUCCESS- WORK IS WORSHIP

We are living in the surrounding where everyone is towards the pursuit of success. Some wants to score highest marks, someone wants to beat the rival team, someone wants to become film superstar, someone wants to become the prime minister and moreover there are many who want to become the richest person of the world.

It’s rightly said that all salute to the rising sun. The successful man becomes an icon and ideal for millions of men. It’s quite glamorous, lustrous and bewitching. The fragrance of success is felt far and wide. The people start up discussion, devotion and imitation of such successful personalities. The world worships the stardom. Around such people, a heavenly helm is created. The phase of best wishes, good luck and divine prayers get a start for such people. The slightest glimpse, shortest company and tiniest talk delight the hearts and please the mind of the fans. They start vowing and pledging on the name of their stars. They even start idolizing their icons by putting a physical statue in cleansed corner of the house. They pay a regular homage to them with all religious rituals and fervors. Their faith to their icons are to such level, even many of them establish temple and start worshiping like gods. These icons are the successful men and women from politics, sports, art and acting. 

To interview such successful men, one can find a chance to look deeper into the personality. The world knows only success. The world is blinded by the glitters of successes. The world forgets to look into the long and lethargic stories behind those successes. Just pick random few names of worlds’ richest and successful men, I say with full conviction and confidence that the stories of more than 90 percent people were full of hurdles and hurricanes. They encountered manifold heart rending and mind bereaving ups and downs. They faced the troublesome time and terrible people. They were left alone to die in dearth. The kin became the worst enemy. The world looked with doubts, suspicion and hatred. The time teased in torments treacherously.  The scarcity, hunger and helplessness could not tear their brave spirits. They fought fabulously with all odds. They emerged as a ruling star to shine in the sky. They illuminated the world around them by their perseverance, patience and commitment. They became the guiding lamp and source of incessant inspiration for whole of the world. They laid foundation of paramount courage, confidence and capability for the posterity.

The question naturally arises over here. Did these extraordinary fellows follow the short cut to get success? Did these supermen cut the bigger lines of someone? Did these fabulous personalities adopt illegal, mean and corrupt ways to get success? Did they stand in the way of someone’s growth and greatness? Did they show jealousy towards their fellow men who have already climbed to the ladder of success? Did they envy anyone when all had deserted him forlorn? Of course they did not. They believed strongly in their own self. They analyzed their own strengths and weaknesses by introspecting themselves than to stone the mud around them. They thought it improper and unsuitable to frown, accuse and curse others. They focused constantly on themselves and their goals.

The man is a dreaming creature. He imagines. He lives in the world of fancy and fantasy. This is the trait that differentiates him from animal. The animal does not dream, imagine or fantasize. The man dreams of bigger, wonderful and beautiful things. That soothes his body, mind and heart even if not actually attained and acquired. As someone has rightly observed that ‘Imagination is pre requisite of thoughts’. These are the thoughts and ideas only that lead to innovations, discoveries and inventions. I don’t oppose such fascination of the people. They are the stimulating energy that really makes him what he dreams.

All successful men and women had a dream of their own. They had a clear vision of their life. They imagined a world of their kind and lived it. They fancied and fantasized a definite goal, and with all their ventures and verity they attained. The man without dream and destination is like strayed ship in the ocean. The life is meaningless if it does not have any pre defined goal. It’s very simple to understand that ‘If someone has to go to a pre decided place, he may reach sooner and easier than that who does not know where to go”. All successes purely and prominently depend on defined and decided aims of life. As much clear we are about our goal, so easy it becomes to attain. The sooner we decide our aim, the sooner we reach it. As much quivering, covert and confusing our targets are, so much difficult it will be to grapple it. The clarity of objectives and validity of visions ensure its fulfillments. 

But thing that I want to attract the attention is that the medium that we follow in achieving our goals is very important. It is true that there is no shortcut to success. To achieve our goal and find what we are dreaming for needs hard labor, strong will power and undying spirit to achieve the target. The method of shortening the line of the neighbor is unfair and not works ever rather to draw a long line by own genuine efforts works. To be dependent on others is self sacrificial. The time, resource and caliber what one has, he has to depend on that only.  Time changes, so the moods and mindset of men. When and where will others reject you and your tenets?  Nobody knows. Our dreams and desires are our own. Why should others be so captive of our visions? To rely on other’s shoulders is rather catastrophic. That will lead to nowhere and nothingness.

If we recount the most successful figures of not only of the country but of the world like Martine Luther, Abraham Lincoln, Barak Obama, Dr. Ambedkar, Amitabh Bacchan, we shall find the truth hidden and lying behind their supreme successes. Abraham Lincoln became president of America after consecutive numerous defeats and setbacks. Barak Obama overcame the stigma of racialism and was elected to the prestigious and powerful post of America’s president and honored White House. Dr. Ambedkar rose above caste discriminations vigorously prevalent to untouchables. They were forbidden from education. But he challenged the bounds and boundaries by his indomitable spirit and enacted the marvelous constitution to such a vast democratic country. The mega star Amitabh Bachchan was hugely and highly rejected at radio services and bollywood films because of his hoarse and heavy voice and long stature. The same became the unrivalled and unparallel super star in film industry. So successes are not easy to visualize, predict and judge. The seed of success lies within all. What we require is to recognize and nurture them.

All successful men did this and ruled the hearts of the millions by their magical and magnificent performances. 

The significant stories of harsh hardships and struggles of so many successful men abound in the history pages and there are many living legends too. To mention the giant scientist like Edison who experimented thousands time to invent bulb and failed but remained persistent in his effort and lastly got huge success. The god of cricket Sachin Tendulkar had sweat in the hot sun to prove himself worthy for India’s most coveted honor of Bharat Ratna. Their path of success was full of thorns and thickets. Even in the tough, turbulent and tumultuous times, they were calm, quiet and confident. They sighed and sobbed but remained sanguine and hopeful of their ways and verities.

Success comes after long trial, experimentation and failures. What we need is to remain adamant and fixed on our goals and objectives. Then the success will kiss your feet.

The success is a step to step process. It has stages after stages. To think of jumping direct up to the roof is a blunder and foolishness. That is rather to crack the bones and melt the muscles forever. That will ruin up never to rise up again. It is rightly observed that ‘Haste makes waste and hurry spoils curry’. To climb the top, we require the steps of a ladder or lift, so is the case with success. Stepwise climbing enables us to reach the Everest, while direct jump destroys everything. Can anyone climb the Everest at one stride? Can the Everest be won in a day? Does the successful man achieve it all of sudden? Even the destiny favors the brave. God helps those who help themselves. We have to accumulate and count every second’s efforts to assess faultlessly. Success is not an object to be achieved at one go. The constant strike of water makes the pebble round, shiny and attractive.

Another big aspect of success is that firm belief, strong will power and self determination to attain the aim. The people most often become so impatient for the success. They expect the things to change overnight. They want success on the blink of eyes. If they fail, they change the goal. They keep on changing their aims and objectives. Such people die into nothing. They rather waste their precious time, resource and energy. It’s better to fix a goal judiciously and be faithful to it. The seed takes time to grow into a big tree and beget fruits. It requires watering, cleaning and utmost care to flourish and flower. If one sows a seed today and tomorrow becomes ready with sickle to harvest, it’s ultra stupidity and utter nonsense. 

The other notable thing about success is that whatever aims and objectives are being decided, that must suit the need, resources, caliber, strength and time. It will be another big mistake for nothing. This will make the life more pitiable and pathetic. Just imagine a case where a slum dweller dreams to become the wealthiest, wisest and most powerful man of the earth. He does not have even access to education, healthy foods and proper living. Will attaining the dream be possible for him? Will not his dreams ferociously shatter into pieces? Will he not be the object of ridicule and derision? Will not his total honest efforts waste? The goals must be wisely and prudently be fixed otherwise they will create chaos, callous and discomfort in life.

Another big blunder we commit is that we focus more on attaining our targets than to sharpen our skills. We aspire to be successful with least and minimum efforts. We will be pleased to achieve our goal more if we get it without any effort. This is the human tendency of comfort lovingness, sloth and inactiveness. That results in the damage of natural capacity and inherent stamina to tackle odds of life. This maims our instincts and their strength. The success is the outcome of our skillful, deft and diligent approaches. Without them, getting success is merely a mirage. The valiant, belligerent and puerile steps pave the path of success. Only dreaming of high achievements, fame and prosperity without calibrating our innate genius will only make down, broken and dejected. We should focus more on strengthening our skills than our goals. 

Talking about success and successful men, it’s worth mentioning that having the luxuries of life with dinner at seven star hotels, BMW, mansions and big propaganda are not the landmark of success. Though materialistic propriety and ownership matter a lot, yet the real success is beyond such capricious and captivating concepts. The successful man is that who reins human heart. Those successful people sacrifice the worldly possessions for the smile and goodness of humanity. There are thousands of billionaires in the world but none of them can equal and parallel Bill Gates and Marks Jukerberg who donate millions for charity. Besides being the richest persons of the world, they are great human beings. The money in the pocket and power in public cannot make a man successful and great. He must have feathers of feelings to fly for humanity.

Be a man with manhood before being rich, affluent, powerful and prestigious. Success does not let you become haughty, arrogant and hypocrite. Success does not let you to deride and jest the fellow human beings. The real success is that which is full of considerate, compassionate and kind notions along with worldly powers and possessions. The tree over laden with juicy fruits bend and become more submissive than stand robust, straight and hard.
