या कोई भयंकर नफरत करे;
तो केवल मुस्कुराइए।
यदि सब आपका अत्यंत सम्मान करते है,
या सभी आपका अपमान करते हैं;
तो केवल मुस्कुराइए।
यदि लोग आपको स्वीकार करते हैं,
या दुनिया आपका तिरस्कार करती है;
तो केवल मुस्कुराइए।
यदि आप सफलता ही प्राप्त करते हैं,
या केवल असफलता ही मिलती है;
तो केवल मुस्कुराइए।
यदि आप शक्ति या समृधि प्राप्त करते हैं,
या सब आभा ऐशो आराम खो देते हैं;
तो केवल मुस्कुराइए।
आप तकलीफ में है या सुख में,
स्थाई मुस्कान रखें,
चेहरे पर,
अपने हाव भाव पर,
हर परिस्थिति, हर माहौल में,
साँसे थामिए, धैर्य रखिये,
देखिये और इंतज़ार कीजिये,
समय के बदलने का,
परिस्थिति परिवर्तित होने का,
लेकिन हर क्षण, हर वेग में,
मत भूलें,
मुस्कुराना,
पुरे मिठास, मासूमियत और दृढ़ता
के साथ।
Only smile,
